We are looking for a bilingual (English/French) Social Media & Community, Specialist to join our Global Marketing team. You will be a voice for our customers on our global social platforms, managing our daily engagement across platforms, and nurturing customer relationships.

You have a strong passion for social media, community building, writing and international marketing coupled with a love of process and a can-do attitude. We value fun and hard work, therefore we are looking for someone with an outgoing, positive personality, strong people skills, and a strong desire to learn. What you\'ll be responsible for:

  • Managing our global and international community on social media in partnership with Customer Support & Success.
  • Connecting with our customers to build strong relationships and locate marketing opportunities.
  • Owning the customer feature experience of our social media and connect the brand marketing team with potential customer feature opportunities
  • Identifying international influencers in our community and collaborating on building our influencer program from the ground up.
  • Engaging with users on our platforms to ensure we have a strong social media presence
  • Staying up to date with current social media trends and identifying opportunities and pain points from which we can grow our brand presence online.
  • Doing market research and other tasks as needed.
What you\'ll bring to the team:
  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills
  • Experience running and overseeing social media community management across at least 3 different platforms for 1 year minimum
  • Studies in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Translation or other related field
  • An understanding of digital marketing principles (content marketing, content performance, SEO, Google Analytics)
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Strong ability to prioritize and complete tasks on deadline
  • You\'re collaborative and will quickly develop productive relationships within your team and internal and external stakeholders
  • Great time management and organization
Even better if you have, but not necessary:
  • Bilingual, solid proficiency in French
  • Retail, restaurant or ecommerce experience;
  • Experience with customer support
  • Passion for technology
