We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies across various social media platforms. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence, engaging with our audience, and driving online traffic to our e-commerce site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.

Duties



Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create compelling content for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite to schedule posts and analyze performance metrics. Conduct SEO and keyword research to optimize content for search engines. Monitor social listening channels to gather insights about audience preferences and trends. Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing graphics that align with branding guidelines. Manage public relations efforts by crafting press releases and maintaining relationships with media outlets. Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Engage in e-commerce initiatives by promoting products through targeted advertising campaigns on social media platforms. Oversee video editing projects for promotional content, ensuring high-quality production standards. Proofread all marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency in messaging.

Skills



Proficient in SEO techniques and keyword research for content optimization. Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices. Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other graphic design tools. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts including branding, public relations, and relationship management. Knowledge of e-commerce strategies and practices. Ability to conduct social listening effectively to gauge audience sentiment. Excellent content creation skills with a focus on engaging storytelling. Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics for performance tracking. Strong video editing skills for creating engaging multimedia content. Pay: $17.75-$33.58 per hour
