About Us

We are a growing doula business supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. We're looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and reliable assistant to help with light social media tasks and occasional admin work. This is a great fit for a student, stay-at-home parent, or anyone with a few flexible hours during the day.

Role Responsibilities

Social Media (Main Focus)

Post pre-created content (photos, graphics, captions) to Instagram Film short clips/reels as needed (simple, candid, behind-the-scenes style--no original concepts required) Edit basic video content for reels Maintain visual consistency and an aesthetic that aligns with our brand Navigate and use Canva to adjust or size graphics when required

Light Administrative Tasks

Send the occasional invoice Assist with small one-off admin tasks (no heavy office work

Qualifications

Comfortable navigating
