H-Authentica Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Social Media / Admin Assistant
to support our growing e-commerce operations on-site in Winnipeg. This is a long-term position ideal for someone passionate about social media, organized in administrative tasks, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
Schedule and publish engaging content on
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Write creative and compelling captions
Monitor page performance and audience engagement
Administrative Support:
Respond to customer inquiries via
email, phone, and SMS
Send follow-ups and payment reminders
Maintain organized communication records
Assist with other admin coordination tasks as needed
Qualifications
At least
6 months
of experience in social media or admin tasks (preferred)
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
Familiarity with major social media platforms and tools
Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools
