About the Job
Do you scroll TikTok and Instagram Reels and instantly know which videos are about to blow up? Can you splice together clips in your sleep, match them with trending audio, and add text overlays that stop the scroll?
We're looking for a creative
Video Editor/Videographer
who lives and breathes social media trends, and can turn our brand strategy into short-form videos that convert. You'll be creating
Meta ads with a strong UGC vibe
--fast, fun, and authentic content that makes viewers click.
What You'll Do
Edit and produce short-form videos for Meta ads, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social channels.
Use trending sounds, music, and editing styles that align with our brand.
Incorporate engaging text overlays, captions, and hooks to grab attention in the first 3 seconds.
Adapt raw UGC footage into high-performing ad creatives.
Work closely with our creative team to translate brand strategy into compelling content.
Stay ahead of trends in editing techniques, visual styles, and platform best practices.
Required Skills:
Proven experience editing short-form videos for social ads (Meta Ads Manager experience is a big plus).
A strong portfolio showing your ability to create engaging, fast-paced UGC-style content.
Expert in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar).
Ability to add captions, motion graphics, and animations that look native to social platforms.
Eye for storytelling, pacing, and brand consistency.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work quickly under tight deadlines.
Nice to Have
Experience filming UGC content.
Knowledge of paid ads creative testing.
Familiarity with beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
Terms Of Employment:
This role reports to the CEO. Team members enjoy a flexible schedule with the opportunity to select a start time anywhere from 7:30am - 9:00 am to fit your life. A regular workweek is 40 hours, 8 hours a day. A comprehensive benefits package is available.
