Overview

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Referees to officiate games and ensure fair play. As a Referee, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of the game while providing a positive experience for players. This position requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the rules of the game, and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

Duties

Officiate games according to established rules and regulations. Enforce game rules consistently and fairly to ensure player safety and sportsmanship. Communicate effectively with players during games. Maintain control of the game environment by managing player behavior and addressing any disputes. Keep accurate records of game statistics as required. PLEASE NOTE ; This is for a birthday party setting NOT an official real game. As noted, we are a Glow In The Dark Soccer Facility. For our Birthday Parties, our referee time is very important. This position not only is specific to being a referee, it also has cleaning, set up and organizing duties.

Experience

Previous experience as a referee or official in sports is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong knowledge of the rules and regulations of the sport being officiated. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey decisions clearly and confidently. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
