Summary

TOP Soccer is looking to hire passionate and enthusiastic hockey coaches to join our growing team of coaches in the Oakville area, focusing specifically on our TOP Soccer Development programs. Coaches should have lots of personality and bring plenty of energy, passion, and engagement to every practice and game. This role is ideal for someone in post-secondary school or seeking a flexible part-time job, as all sessions will take place on Tuesdays until December for our indoor season with potential to add more hours in 2026 Spring and Fall Seasons

Responsibilities

Implement engaging lesson plans tailored to various age groups and skill levels. Provide instruction in Soccer, ensuring safety and skill development for all participants. Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages teamwork and personal growth. Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills. Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure program consistency and quality. Promote the values of sportsmanship, respect, and integrity among participants.

Requirements

Proven experience in coaching/instructing youth in Soccer or extensive Soccer playing experience Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with children and parents. Knowledge of various sports techniques and rules; swimming experience is a plus. Passion for youth development and a commitment to fostering a positive sporting environment.
