Nature's View Landscapes is hiring snow removal professionals for the 2025/2026 winter season! The right candidate will:

Have a flexible schedule - This is an on-call position that fluctuates between very busy and very slow weeks throughout the season.

Possess a class 5+ license - A valid driver's license is not required for this position, however, preference will be given to individuals who meet this criteria.

Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs, repeatedly. - For the most part, we use backpack blowers to get rid of the sidewalk snow, but at times, shovels and ice picks are necessary so the ability to lift weight is a necessity.

Punctual & able to work with little supervision - You must take pride in your work, have attention to detail, be self motivated and punctual.

A positive attitude - It can get really cold during our winters, and some days may be long if it snows throughout the day, so positivity and a good work ethic are essential.

This position will include touring all of the residential apartment buildings and town home complexes we service in Edmonton, placing salt, removing snow build up from sidewalks, doing ice checks to ensure walkways are safe for tenants.

Shifts start at 7am, however, there may be occasional mid-day starts on days when we wait for the snow to stop falling.

This is a seasonal job with opportunity to transition into permanent year-round employment. Wages are based on experience and skill level. Reliability is of the utmost importance.
