Job Summary

Nature's View Landscapes is hiring snow removal professionals for the 2025/2026 winter season! The right candidate will:

Have a flexible schedule - Because the job is snow removal, it is on an on call basis depending on weather.

Ability to lift a minimum 50lbs repetitively. - For the most part, we use backpack blowers to get rid of the sidewalk snow, but at times, shovels and ice picks are necessary so the ability to lift weight is a necessity.

Punctual & able to work with little supervision - You must be reliable, self motivated, take pride in your work, and have a good attention to detail.

A positive attitude - It can get really cold during our winters, and shifts will vary from 6 to 12 hours depending on how much snow accumulates, so positivity and a good work ethic are essential.

This position will include servicing our clients properties in and around the Red Deer area, placing salt, removing snow build up from sidewalks, and doing ice checks to ensure walkways are safe for tenants.

Snow plow operators with previous skid steer experience are welcome to apply via this ad as well. Typical night shifts run for 10-14 hours sanding and clearing commercial parking lots throughout the Red Deer area and day shifts run for 8-12 hours plowing and sanding.

This is a seasonal job with opportunity to transition into permanent year-round employment. Wages are based on experience and skill level. A valid driver's license in acceptable standing is required. Reliability is of the utmost importance.
