Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Snow Removal Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for clearing snow and ice from sidewalks, parking lots, and other designated areas to ensure safe passage during winter weather conditions. This role requires a strong understanding of landscape maintenance and mechanical operations.

Duties

Operate snow removal equipment to clear snow and ice from designated areas. Perform routine maintenance on snow plow equipment, ensuring all machinery is in good working condition. Utilize hand tools and power tools for additional snow removal tasks as needed. Collaborate with team members to coordinate snow removal efforts efficiently. Conduct pre-and post-operation inspections of equipment to ensure safety and functionality. Maintain a clean and organized work area during operations.

Skills

Knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening, horticulture, and landscape maintenance is advantageous. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment. Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to work in adverse weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety protocols. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges that arise during operations. Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
