Join our team and help keep Regina's sidewalks safe this winter!

We're currently seeking part-time and full-time team members for our Sidewalk Snow Removal Crew. This role involves clearing snow from commercial properties and public sidewalks using shovels, backpack blowers, snow blowers, and other hand equipment.

Work hours vary based on weather conditions. Candidates who excel during the winter season will also have the opportunity for full-time summer employment on one of our property maintenance or landscaping crews.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to and from job sites Personal cellphone for communication and time tracking Ability to work in cold outdoor conditions Proper winter weather attire.
Compensation & Benefits:

Starting wage: $17-$20/hour, based on experience Hourly or salaried pay options available Benefits after 3 months (health, dental, vision, etc.) Company events and on-site parking provided
Schedule:

Winter hours typically 8-12 hour shifts (weather dependent) Winter days vary on snow fall monday through sunday, summer hours typically 8-9 hours summer Day shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekends and stats off.
