Snow Removal Labourer - Join Our Winter Crew!

If you enjoy working outdoors and want to be part of a supportive, hard-working team, this is the job for you! Our Snow Removal Team plays a vital role in keeping our sites safe and accessible for customers throughout the winter season.

We're currently seeking some reliable Snow Removal Labourers to join our winter crew and help keep our walkways and entryways clear and safe.

Schedule & Availability:I

This is a weather-dependent, call-in position.

Key Responsibilities:

Be available for all scheduled shifts (Monday to Sunday). Maintain excellent punctuality and attendance. Work safely and efficiently in varying winter conditions. Shovel walkways and entryways. Apply salt as needed. Ensure work areas are safe and clear of snow. Work efficiently in cold and snowy conditions. Lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Communicate effectively and maintain a working cellphone for call-ins.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong work ethic, motivation, and attention to safety. Physically able to life and shovel snow for extended periods. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work long hours during snow events. Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions. No minimum education required.

Additional Requirements:

Reliable transportation to the shop (Kanata). Steel-toed boots required.
