About Us:

Cherni Site Maintenance provides reliable property upkeep services across the region. We support residential and commercial properties with seasonal maintenance, snow removal, and general repairs. We're a small, hands-on team that values reliability, learning, and doing the job right.

Position Overview:

We're looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our team in a

casual

role focused primarily on

snow removal (hand shoveling)

during winter months. There will also be opportunities to assist with and learn basic property repairs over time. Evening and weekend work required.

Wage:

$20-$25 per hour, dependent on experience and ability to assist with repairs or trades-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Hand shoveling snow at residential and commercial properties Ice control and general winter site cleanup Assisting with basic property maintenance and minor repairs as needed Performing general labour tasks Keeping worksites clean, safe, and organized Learning new skills and taking on additional responsibilities over time

Requirements:

Must have

own reliable transportation

to travel between job sites Availability for

evenings and weekends

, especially during snow events Comfortable working outdoors in winter conditions Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Willingness to learn and take direction Basic repair or mechanical skills are an asset but not required
