We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Snow Plow ;abours to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient snow removal from parking lots, sidewalks and other designated areas during winter weather conditions. This role requires a persons to be aptitude long hrs and must have ability to operate various types of snow removal equipment effectively. ig snow blowers / scrapers/ back pack blowers/ sweepers
Responsibilities

Maintain and perform routine inspections on snow removal equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Utilize hand tools and power tools for minor repairs and maintenance of equipment.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate snow removal efforts efficiently.
Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to changing weather patterns.
Assist in landscape maintenance tasks during off-season periods, including building, digging, and irrigation activities as needed.
Experience
Proven experience operating heavy machinery or snow removal equipment is preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment effectively.
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in maintenance tasks.
Experience in garden or landscape maintenance is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
