Job Description

Custom Snow Removal is currently looking for experienced skid steer/loader operators for snow removal. We are now in our 27th year of keeping many local businesses clear of excess snow and ice. Several large and small companies have continued to select Custom Snow Removal to keep their properties safe and approachable throughout the winter months.

The successful candidate?MUST?posses the following:

Have skid steer/loader experience using pilot or ISO controls Previous experience using a skid steer/loader for snow removal Be willing to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings and weekends. Applicants should be willing to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment. Applicants must posses a strong work ethic, able to work independently as well as with others and have a clean driver's abstract. Shifts are typically evening shifts and are 12 hours in length.
$23 per hour plus $1,000 bonus contingent on staying until April 1, 2026 with full time availability.
