casual, weather-dependent position

What You'll Do
Clear snow and ice from residential and commercial walkways, driveways, decks, and entrances
Apply salt or sand where needed for safety
Work quickly and safely in cold and changing conditions
Communicate with dispatch or supervisor when routes are complete
Maintain company tools and report any equipment issues
What We're Looking For
Dependable and available
on short notice
(early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays during snow events)
Physically capable of lifting and shovelling heavy snow
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Experience with shovelling or snow removal is an asset, but not required
Must have reliable transportation to get to assigned sites
Job Types: Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Work Location: On the road
