Snow Removal Laborer
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Perform snow clearing and ice management on commercial properties
Load and unload trucks and equipment daily
Operate snow removal tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Apply ice melt and assist with ice mitigation efforts
Follow all company and local safety standards and procedures
Previous snow removal or outdoor labor experience preferred
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing manual labor in cold weather conditions
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and small engine equipment
Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and on-call as needed
Additional Information: This is a seasonal, on-call position dependent on weather conditions. Successful candidates will be part of a dedicated team providing essential winter services to commercial clients.
