Job Description
The Better Way Property Maintenance is looking for a high energy snow shoveler. We are looking for someone with a "snow warrior" attitude!
Details:
Shovelling and snow blowing a route of walkways for our residential customers.
Must have full G license with a clean abstract and reliable transportation.
This position is paid piece work(on the books not cash) so you get paid whether it snows or not. You make more per hour the faster you work.
Must work with others so the successful candidate must speak english clearly.
Responsibilities:
Be on call 24/7 for the winter months for mandatory shifts as required by the snow.
Operate snow blowers, be physically fit to shovel snow quickly. Operate stand on sidewalk plows/machine
Record time, salt use, and photos at each large site. Must have a data equipped smart phone.
Must be available to Work long hours through the night or during the day(12+ hours at a time are not uncommon).
Drive a truck in snowy conditions.
