Here is what you will be doing each day:

Respond courteously to all guest questions, complaints, or requests, ensuring high guest satisfaction. Communicate with department heads to understand maintenance needs and respond to internal requests promptly. Perform snow removal around the hotel property, including walkways and driveways, using shovels, salt, and other non-slip materials. Maintain the exterior "curb appeal" by sweeping, removing garbage, and placing temporary barricades as needed. Ensure that all areas are clear and safe, using wet floor signage and other safety measures as required. Assist with internal maintenance tasks or preventative maintenance as directed. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

Physical Stamina & Safety Awareness:

Able to work outdoors in winter conditions, adhere to safety regulations, wear appropriate safety gear, and take rest breaks as needed.
