We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Snow Removal Crew Member to join our Snow Removal Team. This role is essential for ensuring safe and accessible pathways during winter months, contributing to the overall safety and appearance of all work areas, The ideal candidate will have experience with various landscaping and maintenance tools, along with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. As snow is unpredictable this position will require overtime.

Duties

Operate snow removal equipment, including snow blowers, shovels, and other hand tools to clear sidewalks, parking lots, and walkways. Apply ice melt products as required to ensure safe walkways, entrances and high volume areas. Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain snow removal equipment to ensure optimal performance. Utilize power tools and hand tools for various tasks related to snow removal Follow all Land Tec safety protocols during all outdoor operations to prevent accidents or injuries.

Requirements

Prior experience with snow plowing, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance is preferred. Mechanical knowledge related to operating and snow removal equipment. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other snow removal machinery. Ability to work outdoors in winter weather conditions for extended periods. Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy loads and perform manual labor. Reliable transportation to job sites; valid class 5 driver's license is required. Driving abstract will be requested prior to employment. Attention to safety procedures and ability to follow instructions accurately.
