We're looking for
reliable, hard-working team members
to join our
sidewalk snow removal crews.
Winter Responsibilities:
Sidewalk snow removal using
brushes, snow blowers, backpack blowers, and shovels
On-call schedule based on snowfall
- must be available on all snow days (start time typically 9 AM)
Ice checks between snowfalls, applying sand as needed, and filling sand bins
Summer Responsibilities:
Lawn maintenance using
push mowers, ride-on mowers, trimmers, and hedge trimmers
Aim
for
Monday to Friday schedule
, with occasional weekends as needed depending on weather
Ideal Candidate:
Positive attitude, works well with a team, and follows directions easily
Reliability is a must
- we need team members who will show up every shift
Experience with
commercial snow removal and lawn equipment
is an asset but
not required
- we will train the right person
Valid driver's license & clean abstract
Reliable transportation to and from work is required
Opportunities for Advancement:

leadership experience
and the ability to
drive a truck & trailer
with a clean abstract may be considered for a promotion to a
Crew Lead role with a higher wage
should the need arise
