Position Overview

We are hiring experienced

Snow Plow Operators

to operate tractors, skid-steers, and pickup trucks equipped with plows and salters. Operators will be responsible for clearing snow from parking lots, roadways, and drive lanes according to assigned routes and site maps.

Responsibilities

Operate plow, salter, or skid-steer to clear and treat surfaces during and after snow events Perform pre- and post-shift inspections of equipment Safely navigate in tight commercial areas (around vehicles, curbs, and obstacles) Apply salt or de-icing materials as directed Maintain clear communication with dispatch and supervisors Record service times, materials used, and any site observations

Qualifications

2+ years of snow removal or heavy equipment operation preferred Valid G-class (or higher) driver's licence; clean abstract required Experience with tractors, skid-steers, or pickup trucks with plows/salters Ability to work long hours and variable shifts during storms (including nights, weekends, and holidays) Strong attention to safety, reliability, and teamwork
