Position Overview

We are looking for

Part-Time / On-Call Snow Plow Operators

to join our winter operations team. This position involves snow removal using plow trucks, ATVs, and skid steers during snow events.

While this is primarily a

seasonal/on-call role

, there is an opportunity for

full-time, year-round employment

as part of our maintenance crew for the right candidate - benefits package offered to full time Eco staff.

Key Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently operate plow trucks, ATVs, and skid steers for snow and ice removal Apply salt or sand as needed to maintain safe surfaces Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow events (including early mornings, nights, weekends, or holidays) Maintain and clean equipment and vehicles after use Communicate effectively with the crew and management Represent Eco Property Maintenance in a professional and courteous manner on all job sites

Requirements

Valid BC driver's license & clean driving record

Reliable vehicle

for travel to and from job sites

Experience operating plow trucks or similar heavy equipment

preferred Physically able to handle outdoor work in winter conditions Strong communication skills and attention to safety Reliable, punctual, and a true team player

Compensation & Perks

$40.00/hour snow removal rate

Paid overtime & stat pay PPE provided (high-vis gear, gloves, eyewear, etc.) Opportunity for
