Empire Property Services is expanding our snow removal team this winter! Are you a safe, reliable and experienced operator or plow driver? Then apply for a position to find out more.

We are looking for operators in Mississauga, Scarborough and Markham areas!

We are looking for operators and drivers with experience:

Plowing Salting Pile Removal

Available Positions:

Pick-up truck with plow

Skid Steer

Front End Loader with Pusher

Responsibilities:

- Operate snow plow equipment to clear parking lots and other designated areas
- Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient snow removal
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust plowing techniques as necessary
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate snow removal efforts
- Digitally maintain accurate records of work performed, including time logs and maintenance reports

Qualifications:

- Must have a Smart Phone
- Valid driver's license (Truck Position)
- Previous experience operating snow plow equipment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and supervisors
- Physical stamina and strength to operate heavy equipment (Machine Position)

Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $25.00-$37.52 per hour

Standby Pay is offered and will be based on experience.
