Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Snow Plow Operator to join our team for critical and time sensitive snow removal services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient snow removal operations during winter weather conditions. This role requires a strong operator knowledge, reliable, and the ability to maintain equipment effectively.

Responsibilities

Operate snow plow trucks and other snow removal equipment to clear snow from the site Build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and other trades. Dig out areas that require additional attention due to heavy snowfall or ice accumulation. Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly to ensure safety.

Qualifications

Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in operating heavy machinery or snow plows. Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in snow removal and maintenance tasks. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting Ability to work long hours during winter storms and be available for on-call shifts as needed. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour
