Duties:
- Operate snow plow equipment to clear snow and ice from roads, parking lots, and other designated areas
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient snow removal
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust plowing techniques as necessary
- Perform routine maintenance on snow plow equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Clear sidewalks, walkways, and entrances using manual snow removal tools
- Assist with other landscape maintenance tasks as needed
Experience:
- Prior experience operating snow plow equipment is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices is a plus
- Ability to work in cold weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
