Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Snow Plow Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient snow removal operations during winter months. This role requires a strong understanding of landscape maintenance and mechanical knowledge, as well as the ability to operate various equipment effectively.

Duties

Experienced Operators with Minimum of 3 years is required. Operate snow plow and related equipment to clear snow from roads, parking lots, and other designated areas. Perform routine maintenance on snow removal equipment, including checking fluid levels and conducting minor repairs. Utilize hand tools and power tools for snow removal tasks as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of snow removal operations. Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly to maintain safety. Assist with landscape maintenance tasks during off-season, including gardening, irrigation, and horticulture work. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in operating heavy machinery such as excavators and snow plows. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices, including gardening and irrigation systems. Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment. Should have own transportation till the site. A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications may be preferred.
