We are looking for a hardworking Snow Clearing Assistant to join our team for the upcoming winter season. In this role, you will assist with the clearing of snow from driveways and walkways, ensuring safety and accessibility for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate snow blowers and other snow removal equipment effectively. Snow clearing of walkways and around vehicles Assist the driver in snow clearing operations, including spotting and guiding. Maintain accurate records of work completed and hours worked. Communicate clearly with team members and clients about progress and any issues. Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Experience operating snow blowers or similar equipment is preferred. Ability to work long hours in cold and snowy conditions. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks, including lifting and shoveling snow. Valid driver's license preferred but not required.
