CCI Canadian Circuits Inc. is expanding into the electronics assembly business and is looking to hire a full-time, Soldering Assembly Technician to perform soldering and precision assembly in our manufacturing plant. The Soldering Assembly Technician role is accountable for hand soldering processes, precision assembly work, in-process QC, process compliance, production on-time deliverables, and quality conformance.

What You will Do

Work closely with the Production/Quality Department and issue PO to suppliers based on information
Maintain accurate production records and documentation

Continuously improve processes by identifying and implementing lean manufacturing principles

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals

What You Will Need

2-3 years of experience in electronic manufacturing sector

Good understanding about the electronic components

Diploma in electronics, manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Knowledge of ERP systems
Strong commitment to incoming inspection and kitting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in clear English

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and strong math skills

Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing work environments

A strong work ethic, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement (lean manufacturing principles)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable and dependable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay Range: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour (based on experience)

Confirm delivery schedule with suppliers and update project teams about delivery status Monitor supplier delivery performance and alert project teams or production of late shipments Review inventory status for raw materials and maintain safety stock level Forecast electrical components usage and place bulk forecast orders Review quotations for the subcontracting process Source for reliable suppliers for production tools and machines Perform other duties as required
