Duties

Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize purchasing processes. Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure the best pricing and quality of materials. Manage vendor relationships to maintain effective communication and resolve any issues. Analyze market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions. Create Estimates for our customer's extras on new homes Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions. Maintain accurate records of purchases, and pricing, in computer system

Requirements

Proven experience in a purchasing Proficiency in creating estimates for customers Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes effectively. Strong Knowledge of the new home building process Ability to read construction plans Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for pricing evaluations. Ability to work collaboratively across departments while managing multiple priorities. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
