About the Role: SMSHBRGR & Fry Specialist
As a member of the
SMSHBRGR SQUAD
, you'll be part of the heartbeat of SMSHBRGR -- working the grill, assembling orders, dropping fresh fries, and delivering flavor-packed experiences with every single order. Whether you're smashing burgers, plating crispy chicken, or working the front, your mission is simple: make it hot, make it right, make it fast.
What You'll Be Doing:
Master the grill, the fryers, and the flavor flow.
Build perfect smash burgers, chicken sandwiches, and loaded fries.
Serve up fresh, fast, and accurate orders with pride.
Keep the kitchen and front-of-house spotless and sharp.
Jump on POS, handle guest orders, and bring the vibe.
Be a team player -- lift each other up during rushes, crush it together.
What We're Looking For:

Sharp attention to detail, even when it's busy.
Prior food service, kitchen, or hospitality experience is a plus.
Ability to handle the heat -- literally.
