Position Summary
We're looking for a highly organized, detail-driven
Document Fulfillment Specialist
to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you'll play a key role in supporting our clients throughout the mortgage process--from approval to funding--ensuring each file moves forward smoothly and efficiently. What You'll Do
Manage Documentation
: Collect and organize required mortgage documents to ensure all lender conditions are satisfied.
Communicate Effectively
: Serve as a point of contact for clients, lenders, and referral partners--providing clear updates and resolving inquiries promptly.
Track Timelines
: Manage multiple files at once, ensuring deadlines are met and the process stays on track.
Maintain Compliance
: Accurately input and manage client data, ensuring all documentation complies with industry regulations.
Collaborate with the Team
: Work closely with mortgage agents, underwriters, and other internal departments to ensure seamless transactions.
Support Additional Tasks
: Order appraisals, coordinate with lawyers, prepare signing packages, handle post-closing administration, and manage compliance documentation.

Preferred Qualifications
Level 1 Mortgage License (Ontario)
2+ years of mortgage industry experience
Post-secondary education an asset
Familiarity with mortgage platforms and CRM tools
Compensation & Perks
Salary Range
: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, plus bonus potential
