What does an Order Fulfillment Specialist do?

• Prompt and friendly customer service to customer vehicle as they check in for their order pick-up
• Picking the items located in warehouse based on order list
• Using an iPad to successfully find items within warehouse
• Deliver orders to vehicle, help load if needed
• Hours of work:
• + M, W, F 0900-1745 hrs
+ Tu, Th 1100 -1945 hrs
• We are located on a bus route

What you will need to succeed at Encore:

• Consistent attendance, reliability and committed work ethic
• Strives to meet daily targets
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to read and speak English well
• Great organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Availability for full days, including Monday to Friday, and on a permanent full-time basis
• We typically do not work weekends but on occasion, a Saturday shift might occur
• Walking for this role is a BFOR (Bona Fide Occupational Requirement) so applicants must be comfortable on their feet and able to walk both indoors and outdoors all day
• Steel-toed work boots/shoes are mandatory



This role starts at $17.55 per hour. After three months of continuous employment, your hourly rate will increase to $19.00 per hour and you will be eligible to enrol with our Group Benefit plan- we offer Single of Family coverage with Dental and Vision care included. We also offer enrolment with our GRSP (Group Retirement Savings Plan) for those who are interested.
