Job Description

We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our Sales Team. This role is responsible for driving small business sales across Manitoba and Saskatchewan, with a strong focus on acquiring new customers, strengthening community relationships, expanding regional market presence, and delivering consistent revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure long-term channel success.
This is an on-the-road position and you will be provided with a company vehicle/gas card.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of three Account Executives through joint prospecting, in-field "hunting" activities, and ongoing sales development to drive performance and achieve regional revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets across Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
Identify, prospect, qualify, and convert new small business customers for internet, Wi-Fi, managed network solutions, and related digital services.
Maintain an active and accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and data integrity.
Deliver compelling product presentations, negotiate pricing, and successfully close sales with small business owners and key decision-makers.
Increase brand visibility within assigned territories through networking, community involvement, business associations, and local events.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to uncover growth opportunities and provide recommendations on pricing or product enhancements.
Build strategic partnerships with chambers of commerce, business networks, and local organizations to drive lead generation and market awareness.
Act as the primary point of contact for small business clients throughout the sales process to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Work closely with customer service and technical teams to support installations, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop long-term customer relationships to support retention, referrals, and upsell opportunities.
Partner with marketing teams to execute regional campaigns, promotions, and targeted outreach initiatives.
Provide insights and feedback to product and operations teams regarding service performance, customer needs, and competitive gaps.
Coordinate with field technicians and provisioning teams to ensure timely and successful service delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 3 yearsa?? experience in B2B sales, preferably within telecommunications, technology, or a related service industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of internet connectivity, networking fundamentals, and business communication solutions (training provided as required).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with small business owners and community stakeholders.
Highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Valid drivera??s license with the ability and willingness to travel throughout Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
