Role Overview:



Reporting to the Client Service Manager or designated leader, the

Sleep Care Consultant

plays a crucial role in providing support and guidance to patients on their journey to better sleep. You'll guide them through diagnosis, treatment options, and product selection --making a real difference in their lives.

Position to be based out of Calgary, AB.

Key Responsibilities:



Educate patients on sleep therapy options (CPAP, oral appliances) Review sleep test results and explain treatment plans Recommend and sell sleep therapy products and accessories Build long-term relationships with patients through follow-ups and support Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless care Maintain accurate records in CRM/EMR systems

Qualifications:



Experience in customer service, sales, or healthcare Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and tech-savvy Familiarity with sleep therapy equipment (preferred but not required) Ability to work in-person at our Calgary Office

Training & Certification Support:



To ensure the highest standard of care, successful candidates are required to enroll in the Certified Polysomnographic Technician (CPSGT) program. Employer support is provided, including financial assistance
