Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. Stucco finishers, painters, and general handy person. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency. As a Skilled Laborer, you will play a crucial role in various construction and maintenance projects, contributing to the successful completion of tasks while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Duties

Perform a variety of tasks including concrete restoration, door installation, rough carpentry, & maintenance work. Operate hand tools, power tools, and material lifts safely and effectively. Assist in the preparation of job sites tasks along with maintaining the site and scaffolding. Follow instructions from supervisors and lead hands to complete projects on time and learn as you do it. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality workmanship. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and training.

Qualifications

Previous experience in construction or skilled labor is preferred but not required. Brick work experience, painting, rough carpentry, and lead hand experience are all a benefit. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings is a plus. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Work ethic! Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting. Familiarity with safety procedures in construction environments is desirable, but will train. Valid driver's license is appreciate, but necessary.

Pay: $25.00-$43.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
