Responsibilities

Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Assist in the assembly and installation of structures or equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications

Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred but not required. Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings is a plus. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work. Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills on the job.

Pay: $25.00-$27.32 per hour
