We are currently seeking a dedicated Skilled Labourer to join our team who will contribute to overall success of the Construction Site by providing quality work. You will have at least two years of skilled labourer experience in construction. This position will be held on our Construction Site in Langford, BC.



What You Will Do:

• Ability to supervise and direct a team of general labourers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to safety standards
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials to designated work areas, ensuring timely and accurate material distribution
• Remove debris, and other construction waste using tools such as rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows, and other site specific equipment to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Erect and dismantle construction site structures, including fencing, ramps, catwalks, and barricades, in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Prepare construction areas for the arrival of subcontractors, ensuring that spaces are organized and ready for their specialized tasks.
• Actively assist subcontractors in their construction activities, offering hands-on support to facilitate the completion of specialized tasks


You Will Bring:

• Minimum of two years of skilled labourer experience, with experience in the construction industry considered an asset
• Reliable, hardworking team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly, with physical endurance to meet the demands of a physically intensive job
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of safely operating various power tools used in the construction industry
• Willingness and ability to work in a variety of climatic conditions, ensuring consistent performance in all environments
• Looking to participate in an exciting environment with a company that is proving to be a game-changer in the industry
• Ability to take direction and adhere to safe work procedures
• Valid Canadian-issued driver's license
