Job Requirements:
Ability to meet the physical demands of being on your feet for 8 plus hours a day doing physically demanding work. Frequently carrying and lifting up to 75 pounds of material. Frequently climbing, Kneeling, reaching and walking Alert individual with great hand eye coordination and balance. Comfortable and well versed in using power tools such as but not limited to saws, hammers, nail guns etc. Great communicator, team player and energetic Problem solver, able to multi-task, good time management and able to work in a fast constantly changing environment
Job Responsibilities:
Keep an extremely clean and organized job site at all times. Assist the Site Supervisor to maintain necessary paperwork from project startup through closeout Follow all instruction from superiors Manage the sign in and time clocks on all prevailing wage jobs. Maintain a good working relationship with all sub-contractors, owners, Vendors, and any others that you may have interactions with on the job site Attend all necessary meeting and ongoing training Follow any other duties that may be assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED Experience in a related position
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
