Job Description
Duties to include but limited to:
Demolition
Framing
Drywal/mud/tape
Tile, laminate and hardwood flooring
Minor plumbing
Painting
Caulking
Finish carpentry
Rough carpentry
Window and doors installation
Decks and fences
Looking for someone who is willing to learn or already has the knowledge in the construction industry. Pay depends on experience. Basic hand tools required.
Own transportation to and from jobsite prefered. Must be reliable, bondable and pass a criminal record check.
Starting part time to lead into permanent role for the right candidate.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
London, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
Skilled Labor: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
Driver's License (preferred)
Work Location: In person
