Skilled Construction Labourers.

Position Overview

We are seeking a

Skilled Construction Labourer

to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on site experience, strong work ethic, and the ability to support carpenters, site supervisors, and trades with daily tasks. This role is key to ensuring projects run efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

Perform skilled labour tasks including:

Material handling Basic framing support Demolition Basic carpentry Firestopping Installations under supervision Site cleanup and general labour duties Operate hand and power tools safely Assist carpenters, equipment operators, and subcontractors as required Load and unload materials and equipment Follow direction from the Site Supervisor and work as part of a team Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

Qualifications

2+ years experience in construction or skilled labour (residential, commercial, or multi-residential) Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and small equipment Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs Positive attitude and willingness to learn Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to job sites WHMIS, Working at Heights, and other safety certifications are an asset
