Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of skills and experience in various construction and maintenance tasks. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The Skilled Laborer will contribute to various projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

Perform tasks related to framing, drywalling, flooring, painting, plastering etc.. Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various construction projects. Assist in restoring structures and installations as needed. Carry out tile laying with precision. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Transporting tools & materials to site when necessary.

Experience

Proven experience in skilled labor roles, particularly in construction or maintenance settings. Familiarity with, framing, drywalling, flooring, painting, plastering and reading schematics is highly desirable. Ability to operate various power tools safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Having basic tools is a bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
