Overview:
We are seeking a skilled laborer to join our team. As a skilled laborer, you will be responsible for various tasks related to construction and restoration projects. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in areas such as flooring installation, tile laying, construction estimating, blueprint reading, and more. - Perform various construction tasks such as building, restoring, and repairing structures
- Install flooring materials including hardwood, laminate, tile, and carpet
- Lay tiles for both interior and exterior projects
- Estimate materials and labor costs for construction projects
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of projects
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Assist with drywall installation and finishing
- Assist with concrete forming and pouring
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety regulations and industry standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals Requirements:
- Proven experience in skilled labor positions
- Proficiency in flooring installation, tile laying, construction estimating, blueprint reading, and other relevant skills
- Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in construction projects
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Contract length: 8 months Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 \xe2\x80\x93 50 per week Flexible Language Requirement:
