Location: Windsor-Essex & surrounding areas
Hours: 40-50 hours per week (Weekends optional)

Key Responsibilities
Perform rough and finish carpentry to a high standard.
Complete drywall boarding, taping, and finishing.
Install flooring and tile work with precision.
Assist with concrete formwork, flatwork prep, and small-scale excavation.
Operate mini excavators and skid steers safely and effectively.
Carry out general construction tasks including minor plumbing, minor electrical, framing,
site prep, and renovation/addition work.
Communicate professionally with employees, subcontractors, and customers.
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
Support and lead team productivity on job sites.
Requirements:
Strong rough and finish carpentry skills.
Drywall installation and taping experience.
Tiling experience.
Ability to operate mini excavator and skid steer.
Knowledge of minor plumbing, electrical, and concrete work.
Valid G Driver's License and reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Excellent communication skills with staff, trades, and customers.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
