About Us:

At GOAT Renovations, we specialize in home renovations and custom home builds, committed to delivering quality craftsmanship and exceptional service. We are looking for a skilled Carpenter and a Lead Hand to join our growing team.

Position Overview:

As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for executing a variety of carpentry tasks, including framing, drywall installation, and finishing work. The Lead Hand will oversee project progress, manage a small team, and ensure quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform carpentry work in residential renovation and custom build projects. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently. Supervise and mentor colleagues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a carpenter (Lead Hand experience preferred for the Lead Hand role). Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license and own tools are an asset.
