: As a Site Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients\' IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Site Support Includes: 1. **Hardware Troubleshooting:** Identify and resolve hardware issues on end-user devices. 2. **IMAC Services:** Coordinate and deliver Install, Move, Add/Change, De-Installation (IMAC) requests in collaboration with local support teams. 3. **Meeting Room AV Support:** Provide hands and eyes support for Meeting Room AV troubleshooting and repair. 4. **AV Meeting Rooms:** Perform break-fix support, troubleshooting, and repair for AV Meeting Rooms. 5. **Hands and Eyes Support:** Assist with server reboots, network equipment issues, circuit downs, and swapping failed devices under remote supervision from Microsoft personnel. 6. **Webcast and Meeting Support:** Attend and provide technical support at webcast events and meetings that require audiovisual or technical assistance. 7. **End User Training:** Attend and support special end-user training and executive training sessions arranged by the client. 8. **Printer Consumables:** Replace customer-provided printing consumables for network printers. 9. **IT Infrastructure Support:** Occasionally assist with racking and stacking network gear, cabling up user ports, and hardware inventory verification. 10. **3rd Party Vendor Escort:** Accompany 3rd party vendors as required. 11. **Desk Moves:** Assist with desk moves, including checking connections for PC peripherals. 12. **IT Audits:** Support ITM during IT audits onsite. **Required Qualifications:** - Experience in hardware troubleshooting and technical support. - Knowledge of audiovisual systems and Meeting Room AV equipment. - Ability to follow remote instructions for hands and eyes support. - Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Flexibility to travel as needed and work in various client locations. - Basic toolkit including USB Console Cable, 128GB USB Stick, Phillips screwdriver, and Putty software. **How to Apply:** If you are a proactive and technically skilled individual who enjoys tackling challenges and providing exceptional on-site support, we want to hear from you.
