Site Supervisor:

Your Role Would Involve:

? Facilitating clear communication among team members, ensuring tasks are understood, and prioritizing quality standards.

? Interpreting project plans and organizing weekly schedules collaboratively with the team.

? You are coordinating with subcontractors to prepare sites and ensure smooth operations.

? Acting as the primary onsite liaison for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are

met with professionalism.

What You Need:

? A solid background with at least ten years in site supervising or a foreperson position, preferably in high-end custom home projects.

? Hands-on carpentry experience with a commitment to maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.

Location and Requirements:

? This role is based on South Vancouver Island, BC servicing Nanaimo to Victoria. Candidates must be able to commute reliably or plan to relocate before commencement.

? Necessary qualifications include an AEC/DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate, ten years of leadership experience, fluency in English, and a valid driving license.
