Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Nanaimo. In this pivotal role, you will oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while upholding our commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth operations. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure standards are met. Manage project budgets and timelines effectively. Review blueprints and schematics to guide construction processes. Provide leadership and direction to the construction team. Ensure adherence to safety regulations on-site.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction management.

Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Fieldwire. Strong understanding of construction processes, quality control, and budgeting. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
