The Opportunity
We're looking for a
Site Supervisor
to lead and oversee field operations across civil construction projects. You'll be responsible for planning, supervising, and ensuring execution aligns with safety standards, project timelines, and client expectations. This role is key to bridging on-site efforts with the broader project team, ensuring seamless coordination and productive site performance.
Projects include
: Multifamily, large project construction
What You'll Be Doing
Plan daily operations with the Superintendent and coordinate on-site construction activities
Direct and supervise field crews (up to 10 team members), ensuring quality and productivity
Maintain a safety-first work environment aligned with KulKon's H&S standards
Communicate with inspectors, consultants, and client reps to resolve site-level concerns
Interpret blueprints and grade sheets to guide construction decisions
Order required materials, equipment, and labor through internal dispatch
Track daily progress against project milestones and proactively manage issues
Support extended shifts or urgent site needs as required
Who You Are
You're a proactive leader with a strong foundation in civil infrastructure. You communicate well, lead by example, and take pride in maintaining an efficient, respectful, and safe jobsite. You thrive in a fast-moving, team-oriented culture and are ready to play a hands-on role in building community-shaping projects.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of construction experience
3+ years in a Lead Hand or Foreman/Supervisor role
Proven experience with Part 3 construction
Strong understanding of health and safety standards in construction
Exceptional organization and time management skills
Confident reading and interpreting drawings and grade plans
Ability to make decisions under pressure with sound judgment

Salary range: $37-$45 based on experience
