The Site Selection Coordinator provides support to the Site Selection Specialist and to project teams to identify and select sites to participate in clinical trials.

\xef\xbb\xbfRESPONSIBILITIES

More specifically, the Site Selection Coordinator:

• Develops and maintains positive and productive relationships with key clinical research sites.
• Participates in the maintenance of the investigators database to support site identification and selection.
• Participates in the identification of investigators and research sites to expand the investigator database and for clinical trials.
• Contacts potential investigators identified for the project to confirm their interest in participating in clinical trials.
• Coordinates the review and negotiation of the confidentiality agreement of the interested sites.
• Coordinates the preparation, submission, and collection of feasibility questionnaires completed by the sites using the approved templates.
• Coordinates the review of feasibility questionnaires completed by the sites.
• Tracks key activities in CTMS.
• Assists with regulatory filing.

Plus sp\xc3\xa9cifiquement, le Coordonnateur S\xc3\xa9lection de Site :

• D\xc3\xa9veloppe et entretient des relations positives et productives avec les principaux sites de recherche clinique.
• Participe \xc3\xa0 la maintenance de la base de donn\xc3\xa9es des investigateurs pour soutenir l\'identification et la s\xc3\xa9lection du site.
• Participe \xc3\xa0 l\'identification des investigateurs et des sites de recherche pour \xc3\xa9largir la base de donn\xc3\xa9es des investigateurs et pour les essais cliniques.
• Contacte les investigateurs potentiels identifi\xc3\xa9s pour le projet afin de confirmer leur int\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xaat \xc3\xa0 participer \xc3\xa0 des essais cliniques.
• Coordonne la revue et la n\xc3\xa9gociation de l\'accord de confidentialit\xc3\xa9 des sites int\xc3\xa9ress\xc3\xa9s.
• Coordonne la pr\xc3\xa9paration, la soumission et la collecte des questionnaires de faisabilit\xc3\xa9 remplis par les sites \xc3\xa0 l\'aide des mod\xc3\xa8les approuv\xc3\xa9s.
• Coordonne la revue des questionnaires de faisabilit\xc3\xa9 remplis par les sites.
• Suit les activit\xc3\xa9s cl\xc3\xa9s dans le CTMS.

Profil recherch\xc3\xa9:

PROFIL

• Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at dans un domaine pertinent \xc3\xa0 la recherche clinique ou exp\xc3\xa9rience \xc3\xa9quivalente.
• Bonnes connaissances des bonnes pratiques cliniques, des normes ICH et des r\xc3\xa9glementations applicables.
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience en recherche clinique dans un contexte de biotechnologie, de pharmaceutiques ou dans un environnement CRO, un atout;
• Excellentes capacit\xc3\xa9s orales et \xc3\xa9crites en Anglais, le fran\xc3\xa7ais repr\xc3\xa9sente un atout;
• Forte capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 mener diff\xc3\xa9rents projets simultan\xc3\xa9s \xc3\xa0 bien, \xc3\xa0 organiser son travail de fa\xc3\xa7on efficace, et \xc3\xa0 travailler sous pression en respectant des \xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9anciers.
• Bon jugement et aptitude \xc3\xa0 la r\xc3\xa9solution de probl\xc3\xa8mes.
• Excellente connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience en service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le un atout.

IDEAL PROFILE

• Bachelor\'s degree in a field relevant to clinical research or equivalent experience.
• Experience in clinical research and in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and/or CRO industry, an asset;
• Excellent oral and written skills in English, French is an asset;
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong ability to carry out different projects simultaneously, to organize their work effectively, and to work under pressure in accordance with deadlines.
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of good clinical practices, and applicable Health Canada and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations/guidelines.
